  4. Terms and Conditions

    1. 1. For all non warranty payment the following are accepted:
      Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard with 1.5% Surcharge), Bank Cheque, Money Order or - Bank Deposit: BSB: 062-431 - Acc Number: 1003 4339 - Reference: Your Surname (please advise via service@yorkfitness.com.au once bank deposit has been completed)
    2. 2. If non-warranty and purchasing with bank cheque/money order, please make order payable to - York Barbell PTY LTD - Po Box 5130 Minto NSW 2566
    3. 3. Once a claim is lodged or an order placed, you will be notified within 3 to 5 working days from the receipt of the details. The 3 to 5 working day time frame will be longer if lodging via Post or Fax.
    4. 4. Completion of this warranty application forms part of and confirms acceptance to the terms and condition of York Assist.
