Warranty Service Request
Non Warranty Spare Part Request
All spare parts can ONLY be ordered via the Warranty/Service link found on our website at www.yorkfitness.com.au – simply click on the Non Warranty Spare Parts Form icon and submit the relevant details including payment method. Upon receipt of the request, York Assist will contact the customer, advise the availability and price then despatch the requested part.
York Online Purchases Policy.
For warranty claims and repairs for online purchases items must be returned to the online seller. The consumer must pay the cost of return which will be refunded if inspection establishes a valid warranty claim’.
