Warranty Service Request
- All warranty claims can ONLY be registered via the Warranty/Service link found on our website at www.yorkfitness.com.au - simply click on the Warranty Claim Form icon and you will be taken directly to our server log in. Please create a new user name & password before proceeding, through simple yet thorough details of their problem and product history. This will ensure we will have all the information required including a copy of the receipt to handle a warranty claim in a professional and timely manner.
- Upon receipt of the Warranty Claim Form at York Assist, the customer will be contacted and advised of the next step in the service procedure.
Non Warranty Spare Part Request
- All spare parts can ONLY be ordered via the Warranty/Service link found on our website at www.yorkfitness.com.au - simply click on the Non Warranty Spare Parts Form icon and submit the relevant details including payment method. Upon receipt of the request, York Assist will contact the customer, advise the availability and price then despatch the requested part.
